About Mid Town Builders Corp. LLC
Mid Town Builders Corp. LLC, was established by Warren Romine in 2018 to bridge the gap between a general contractor and development, investor/syndicators, State tax credit agencies, USDA Rural Development, and management.
Midtown-Builders Corp. LLC is an Affordable Housing Company which services the multi-family industry for renovation of existing properties and specializes in Rapid Rehab projects with expertise in Tenant-in-Place housing. Midtown Builders LLC goal is to bring functional ideas to the table in order to offer a long lasting product at a affordable cost. Building long lasting communities that can be shared by all for years to come.
We hope to be positive avenue to new and existing properties all over the United States of America with the services ranging from new construction, in-place rehabs, insurance claims, consulting and so much more. We are a growing company with offices located in Raleigh, North Carolina, and Tulsa Oklahoma currently.

About Our Team
Warren Romine
Founder & CEO of Midtown-Builders LLC
Warren studied construction management at East Carolina University and began his career with building offiste student housing throughout the Eastern United States. He stepped into the Affordable Housing industry by working with an affordable general contractor. In this role, he was the lead for the first ever 4%, LITCH, Bond Portfolio transaction in the state of North Carolina. He quickly gained four more Bond Portfolio Transactions, along with new construction builds and single 9% deals.
While working as Director of Field Construction for Greystone Affordable Housing (an Affordable Housing Developer) and Greystone Servicing (an Affordable Housing Lender), Warren saw the need for a General Contractor who understood the inner workings of the owner, developer, lender, and management in order to ensure project accuracy and consistency, from initial scope development to CNA’s and 8609 delivery close outs.
Gregory Sowlé AIA
Project Executive of Midtown-Builders LLC
Greg has served as the Director of Production for BSW International, Chief of the Military Design Section for the Army Corps of Engineers and for the last eight years as the Oklahoma State Architect for the US Dept of Agriculture – Rural Development.
Now, he has chosen to follow a lifelong goal to manage a company under one of the most respected industry experts in the business, Mr. Warren Romine. Creating a team that covers all the bases, if you will. Providing valued perspective and insight into the world of government regulation, requirements, and protocol as well as development and construction.
As an architect for the last thirty years and consultant to developers, he has worked in a variety of areas including, residential, commercial, and military. Specifically, within the last eight years, Greg has honed his skills in the area of multi-family housing. As a review and design agent for the federal government, Greg has obtained a unique and specific skill set as it pertains to tax credit portfolios, identity of
interest projects, capital needs assessments and accessibility compliance within the worlds of UFAS, ADA and Fair Housing.
Keri Roberts
Director of Multifamily Housing Services
Keri started as a part-time site manager over 10 years ago. She quickly worked her way to the top and within 3 years was named the Regional Manager for a large property management company in Oklahoma. One year later she advanced to the company’s State Director and was subsequently named as the VP of Operations. Keri’s team oversaw 2500+ units and over 100 employees in 3 states. Keri has her HCCP and specializes in LIHTC, Rural Development, HUD, and the renovation/relocation process for 4%, 9% and new construction deals. Her strengths are in team building at a site level, tenant relations, property inspections, training site staff, relocation specialist, consulting and maintaining site property compliance. Currently Keri sits on the Affordable Housing Providers of Oklahoma board and was president from 2020-2021.
Keri’s passion is to help educate others in the industry so more clean, safe affordable housing is available to those in need. Keri believes education is the key in this industry. By maintaining compliance at all times, companies can continue to provide much needed housing in an ever-growing segment within the U.S.
